The Education Research Sciences Collaborative has attained significant achievements through collaborative efforts, securing a total of $1,244,489 in awards. This success is reflected in 104 poster presentations, 111 publications, 92 podium presentations, 9 international presentations, and 2 international honors, resulting in 1641 citations. Additionally, ERSC has held 20 visiting professorships, providing valuable expertise to further enhance its impact.

ERSC national collaborators include: University of Alabama at Birmingham, Boston Children’s Hospital, Michigan State University, Oregon Health & Science University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Corewell Health Beaumont, University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine, Gundersen Health System.

Mentorship

Furthermore, the ERSC has played a pivotal role in education and mentorship, guiding 34 residents, 38 medical students, 5 graduate students, 13 undergraduate students, and 4 clinical fellows. 

Since 2013, the collaborative has actively partnered with the Doctors of Tomorrow program, collaborating with a total of 354 students from Cass Tech High School and 338 medical students from the University of Michigan, solidifying its commitment to nurturing the next generation of scholars and professionals.
